Our History
Mulligan Divers founded and operated by James Hoover. Born and raised in Golden, Colorado, he graduated from the University of Northern Michigan. James has spent over a decade working in the yacht and scuba industries around the world, having done, in his own words, “just about every job imaginable with a scuba tank on his back.” More rec
Mulligan Divers founded and operated by James Hoover. Born and raised in Golden, Colorado, he graduated from the University of Northern Michigan. James has spent over a decade working in the yacht and scuba industries around the world, having done, in his own words, “just about every job imaginable with a scuba tank on his back.” More recently, James is focused on spending time with his family while still finding time to be underwater several hours each day. As a multi-agency certified scuba diving instructor, his focus is always on safety and professionalism.

We offer a wide range underwater services but our focus is as Collectors. We will clear out as many lost balls as possible from any divable water hazards. We rell refurbisher in the United States and provide fair compensation to your Golf organization for each ball collected.
