Mulligan Divers was organized by James Hoover. Born and raised in Colorado, he graduated from the University of Northern Michigan. James then spent the next decade working in the Yacht and Scuba industries in multiple countries. He has, in his words done “just about every job you can with a scuba tank on your back”. Mulligan Divers was organized by James Hoover. Born and raised in Colorado, he graduated from the University of Northern Michigan. James then spent the next decade working in the Yacht and Scuba industries in multiple countries. He has, in his words done “just about every job you can with a scuba tank on your back”. His focus the last years has been providing for his family while still being underwater several hours a day. A multi-agency certified Master Scuba Diver instructor, his main focus is safety and professionalism.
Our Service
We offer a wide range underwater services but our focus is as Collectors. We will clean out as many lost balls as possible from any divable water hazards. We recycle with the largest Golfball refurbisher in the United States and provide fair compensation to your Golf organization for each ball collected.
